Overview

Geni POS, developed and operated by WeGeni IT Services and Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, is a SaaS-based invoicing and GST billing platform designed for Indian businesses. All subscription payments, add-on modules, and service charges related to Geni POS are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is processed.

No Cancellations

All purchases—including billing modules, GST tools, multi-user access, integrations, and business plans—made through Geni POS are final.

  • We do not accept cancellation requests after successful payment.
  • Free trials (if offered) are time-limited and do not entitle users to cancellation or refund once a paid plan is activated.

No Refunds

WeGeni does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Early termination of a billing subscription
  • Partial or limited usage of platform features
  • Inactivity or non-utilization by the user

Technical issues arising from:

  • Poor internet or unstable network conditions
  • Use of outdated or unsupported devices or browsers
  • Incompatible printers, thermal devices, or scanners
  • Third-party failures such as payment gateway downtime (e.g., Razorpay)

We strongly advise that users assess their billing requirements and ensure system compatibility before subscribing to a Geni POS plan.

Support & Technical Resolution

In the event you experience any of the following:

  • Login or account access issues
  • Errors in invoice generation or report export
  • Payment gateway integration failures (e.g., Razorpay)
  • Data sync or tax calculation issues
