This Service Delivery Policy (“Policy”) describes how services are delivered by WEGENI IT SERVICES & CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) through its cloud-based ERP platform branded as WeGeni.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all users who subscribe to or use the WeGeni platform.

01. About WeGeni

WEGENI IT SERVICES & CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution designed for B2B businesses.

The WeGeni platform includes (but is not limited to):

  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Employee and staff management
  • Business reports and analytics
  • Other related business management features

Services are delivered through our website: https://pos.wegeni.com (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

02. Nature of Services

  • WeGeni is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering
  • All services are delivered digitally via the internet
  • No physical products, hardware, or documents are shipped
  • Access is granted through secure online login credentials

By subscribing, you acknowledge that service delivery is electronic and intangible in nature.

03. Subscription Models

WeGeni offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Customised or enterprise subscription plans (as agreed separately)

Each subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during the active subscription period.

04. Payment & Service Activation

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance
  • Payments are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway
  • Service activation begins only after successful payment confirmation

Activation Timeline:

  • In most cases, access is provided instantly
  • In certain cases, activation may take up to 24 hours
  • Customised plans may require additional setup time

Once activation or setup begins, service delivery is considered to have started.

05. Mode of Service Delivery

Service delivery includes:

  • Creation of a user account
  • Allocation of login credentials
  • Access to subscribed ERP modules and features
  • Continued access during the subscription period

Service delivery is complete once the User can successfully log in and access the subscribed services.
